What makes you brave?
There is something inside all of us that triggers courage. You might not think of yourself as someone who is brave, but I can assure you that you are! You possess a talent that allows you to shine. So what makes you brave? Speaking up for someone? Performing or speaking in front of an audience? Saying no? Think about it and don’t forget it. Next time you feel low, remember how brave you are. You have what it takes to be your own hero and save yourself. Just take notice of your beauty, strength, and courage. You can do anything.
